The Tool Tips Button turns helpful Tool Tips on or off.
Step 1: If the green light is on in this Button, then the Tool Tips are currently on. Click the Button to turn the Tool Tips off.
Step 2: If the red light is on in this Button, then the Tool Tips are currently off. Click the Button to turn Tool Tips on.
